Structual Features of Mixing roller

1, The rollers are made of vanadium-titanium alloy chilled cast iron. The surface is hard and wearable. The internal cavity is processed for a more even temperature on roller surface.

2, The machine is designed with an overload protection device to prevent the main parts from damage due to overload.

3, the machine is designed with an emergency brake. In case of emergency, pull the rod to stop the machine. It is safe and reliable.

4, The driving system is designed with NGW planetary hardened-gear speed reducer or dual-output hardened-gear speed reducer, featuring compact structure, low noise, high efficiency and long service life.
