Electric heating vulcanizing tank diameter is 1500 mm ,straight tube length is 4000mm ,Q345R material ,the design temperature of 180°.steam curing pot adopts automatic control temperature ,pressure ,time .heating power is 45kw ,4kw fan power.

Heating methods:

electric ss steel heating tube, long service, electric heat pipe is divided into three groups and individual control ,reach the set temperature to keep one group of vulcanizing insulation ,this design can effectively save energy consumption reduce vulcanizing using cost.

Quickly open the door way (full-automatic, electric, manual) simple operation, use safety

Sealing mode:

Inflatable sealing ring it works automatically by compressed air or when the tank pressure pneumatic sealing.

Vulcanizing tank insulation adopts 2mm built-in 80mm aluminum silicate insulation materials. Sealing head thickness is 5mm ,80mm aluminum silicate insulation material between them .ensure that heat is not volatile ,don’t waste ,make full use of heat energy, save energy .
