Usage:
The device can meet the requirements of rubber refining process,
and the combination of mixer or kneading machine and double cone
automatic feeding press machine or open mixer, forming an automatic
production line, film cooling, slicing, lamination and other
processes, to achieve the effect of continuous production
operations. The cooling mode of film can be spray type or soak type according
to user requirements.
Features:
1.The structure of the machine adopts the suspension belt lifting and
stainless steel braided mesh belt lifting. The cooling unit is
composed of splicing device, isolated water tank, lifting device,
air cooling and drying device, cutting device or film stacking
device, realizing automatic continuous operation and high
efficiency.
2. According to the needs of users, longitudinal and transverse
knife cutting mechanism can be added, and the length of film
hanging glue can be controlled at will: the application of isolator
will not cause pollution to the environment.
3. The electronic control system adopts programmable logic
controller (PLC), the unit adopts variable frequency motor, which
can adjust the speed according to the environmental temperature and
process requirements, so that the film can be fully cooled and dry
to meet the process requirements.
